I have pledged on Kickstarter, but I haven't received my game as yet.

Please refer to your latest Kickstarter update on the Kickstarter page for the game you have pledged for. We aim to provide an update to the process at least once a month. If you cannot view any updates, this is most likely an error on their website - please contact Kickstarter in the first place if you are receiving any errors on their website. If you are still struggling, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via the 'Contact Us' page, and we will be happy to update you via e-mail until the Kickstarter website issue is resolved. Please note that as we ship to different regions over the world, some regions may receieve their game before others.

I have changed address since I pledged and I'm not sure what to do.

That's Ok, it can happen, do not worry. Log into your pledge manager portal and update your shipping details.

My game has arrived damaged.

We are very sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with the delivery company to see if they resolve the issue. Please also let us know via the 'Contact Us' page, so we can keep track of any issues with our distributors and ensure our customers games are in safe hands through their journey.

My game has arrived but there are components missing.

My game has arrived but the instructions are in the wrong language!
